გთხოვთ იხილოთ ქვემოთ ბატონი ივ შარპაკის წერილი საფრანგეთიდან.
ივ შარპაკს დიდი ხნის განმავლობაში ჯანმოს ევროპის რეგიონში ეჭირა მაღალი თანამდებობა.
მაისში ჯანმოს გენერალური ასამბლეის პერიოდში, ნატა მენაბდის საარჩევნო კამპანიის ფარგლებში, ესწრებოდა საელჩოსა და სამინისტროს მიერ ორგანიზებულ მიღებას. ამჟამად ის საკმაოდ აქტიურია საფრანგეთის ჯანდაცვის ხელმძღვანელობაში.
როგორც ნახავთ წერილში გვთხოვს განვიხილოთ რამდენად შესაძლებელია ქართველი მოქალაქეების, რომლებიც სხვადასხვა დაავადებების საბაბით, ითხოვენ საფრანგეთში თავშესაფარს, საკითხთან დაკავშირებით მინისტრის ვიზიტის განხორციელება პარიზში 13 სექტემბერს.
რადგან ეს საკითხი ჩვენი კომპეტენციის ფარგლებს გარეთაა გთხოვთ უპასუხოთ ან მე მიმითითოთ რა მივწერო.

It was a pleasure to meet you in Geneva in the meeting for the support of Nata Candidacy. I am looking forward the result of the election.
I have a question from one national French Institution I am working with : the national office for migrations (OFII).
As you may know, there is in France a special status for accessing to some rights to stay for medical reasons, to receive treatments which are not available in the country of origin.
At present, some Georgians citizens are asking for it and there is a willingness from the French authorities to exchange with some national authorities (including Georgia) to discuss and organize better the relevance of the claims.
They asked me wether your Minister of Health would accept an invitation to discuss on the matter, during a day of discussion taking place on 13 September. May be on the way to the RC of WHO ?
Please let me know if it seems feasible and relevant in your view.
I am at your disposal any time to discuss it.
