Dear Tamar,

Thank you for your kind response and interest to meet with the World Bank team. We also very much look forward to meeting with you, the minister and the ministry team on potential areas of collaboration. Since for us organizing a mission requires quite some lead time, I would suggest that we go with the week of June 3^rd. However, before confirming the date, I would like to speak with my colleagues in Washington and make sure they are able to come that week. I will get back to you at my earliest opportunity. Just to clarify, will the minister be available the week of June 3^rd?

In the meantime, can you and I have an introductory meeting? It would also be an opportunity to discuss and jointly plan the mission. Thursday or Friday next week works for me (unfortunately I will be away from Monday to Wednesday). I am coping my colleague Lela to reach out to your office to schedule a meeting, if you are available next week or the following one.

Dear Mr. Ersado,

This is to follow up on your e-mail enquiry about the meeting with the World Bank team. As discussed earlier the ministry is very much interested in having this meeting and discuss potential areas for collaboration at an earliest possibility. May I kindly ask what’s your timeline for accomplishing the Georgia mission? I understand the week of May 6^th , discussed earlier, was not feasible. On our side, we can work with the WB team in the week of May 13^th and then in the week of June 3^rd. Mr. Minister has duty trips scheduled after May 20^th, therefore will not be able to accommodate the upcoming mission.

Please kindly let me know what would work best for you and will plan accordingly.
