Congratulations for your new Deputy Minister position!
We are planning to visit Tbilisi for the week of May 6—will be confirmed soon. When our Country Director met with the Minister earlier this year, they both agreed that a half
day meeting/workshop to discuss areas of collaboration would be very useful.
If you are available, it will be helpful to have a video conference before our visit, so that we can prepare for our visit accordingly. Are you available sometime next week?
In addition, I would like to invite you to “the Global Flagship Course on UHC in Yerevan, Armenia”, to talk about Georgia’s UHC experience in one of the sessions. Currently,
Armenia is in the midst of health system reforms, and they are very much interested in learning more about Georgia’s success. The flagship course will be between
May 11-14. If you are available sometime during those days, we would be happy to make all logistical arrangements.
As Nino mentioned, we look forward to working closely with you in your new position.
