Please kindly be informed that Dr Marina Darakhvelidze, Director of Health Department of the Ministry, will serve as a member of the evaluation committee. If for some reasons there is the need for replacement, Dr. Natia Nogaideli, head of the Unit if Health Regulations, will serve as a substitute evaluator.

In the light of started approval of the ToR under the subject which will be followed by the launching of the request  for services (RfS), I would be grateful fi you could nominate the member of the Evaluation Committee:

1.        The member of the Evaluation Committee - please let me know  who from your institution side will be evaluator? Please also indicate the substitute  evaluator  if need, or it could also be another person not proposed as observer;

2.       Date for the Evaluation Committee: the Evaluation Committee will be meeting provisionally in  the week of 8 July 2019. The exact date will be agreed with nominated evaluator closer to the date, once the RfS is launched.
