Dear Tamar,

Please be kindly aware that our FPM has some questions with regard to the petition discussed at the CCM meeting.

The questions are: what is the formal status of this document? whom it is addressed and does it require an official answer?

Could you kindly advise if the response given below is appropriate, reflects reality and can be sent to Ms Vinichenko:

The petition does not have formal or legal status as it is. The addresses were Minister of Health, Prime-Minister, Public Defender.

The petition does not require an official answer. Though in recognition of its high interest to  the voice of community and its needs the official response letter was issued by the Ministry.

Thank you very much.

Respectfully,

Natia
