We have found a consultant, Navneed Kumar Jain, who can support the Ministry’s efforts on costing study and unified tariff setting. He has worked with a few World Bank teams including Kyrgyzstan, Kenya, and India. Attached includes his detailed profile. Ira and I had a brief call with him a couple days ago, he is available and interested in working with us in Georgia.
As a next steps, we agreed on organizing another call with the colleagues in the Ministry who are working on this task.
