Dear Tamar,
we have only few hours for project proposal adjustments. I must send embassy suggestions to Prague at 17 latest.

We would like recommend a reflection of these current needs of your line ministry:

1. TA in strengthening emergency response capacity of hospitals and public health services in managing severe COVID 19.
2. Building information system for effective COVID 19 surveillance, data management and contact tracing systems. (These systems can be built on existing e-government structures).
3. Strengthening first-point-of contact strategy for possible COVID-19 cases - Assistance to build capacity of primary care providers, develop call centers which have clear algorithms and visual aids to triage calls and indicate the appropriate patient pathway.  

 
Is it good idea? We can start project implementation in two weeks. Project title is Utilizing health information technology to promote improved quality of primary care and increase patient participation in care (focus on Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti and Mtskheta-Mtianeti).

I would like ask for brief reaction of the ministry despite your current intensive engagement. Magda is trying contact Mrs Gamgebeli by phone and she is ready for short phone talk anytime.
