Thank you for your availability for Czech projects in Georgia during current tense period.
It looks like our implementation partner is facing some communication problems regarding village physician training. This week Caritas has started some activities in Samegrelo and other regions of Georgia. Communication was established with the Emergency Coordination Center and the Urgent Assistance Center, but it was suddenly discontinued. As I know, there is no subsequent communication at all and Caritas has suspended all activities under the new PHC capacity building project.
In the meantime, the Czech Development Agency is requesting the conclusion of a project contract as soon as possible.
Would you help to reestablish communication please? Can the embassy be involved in some way in solving this problem? I and/or Mr ambassador are ready for consultations by any means.

Thanks a lot for taking your time for the online meeting yesterday. Both areas identified below are of critical importance. I’ve asked Rusudan this morning to start detailed planning with us on PHC capacity building. We will be discussing with NCDC colleagues about specific interventions. We can work on this tomorrow to make sure that activities start early next week.
