Subject: Invitation to be a key informant - Strengthening HPSR perspectives on rehabilitation services
Dear Tamar,
I am writing on behalf of my colleagues at WHO Geneva office.
Over the past several months the Alliance has been working with the Rehabilitation Unit at WHO to build an HPSR agenda to strengthen health systems to deliver rehabilitation services. To this end, they have engaged the Injury Research Unit at Johns Hopkins University to conduct a regional consultative process across the 6 WHO regions. The objectives of the consultations are to understand system-level priorities in rehabilitation, and validate the HPSR framework that has been developed.
Two researchers are conducting phone interviews with stakeholders across research, government, CSO and industry domains. They would like to invite you to be interviewed, given your role and knowledge and expertise in the Georgian health system, and additionally suggest other key informants in government who may also be invited, preferably involved in health systems planning and/or financing. If you agree, I will put you in contact with the research team right away. As you can imagine, we are working with tight deadlines.
Looking forward to your positive response, and thanking you in advance for your consideration.
Best wishes,
Nanuka
