Dear Governance Committee members

 

With reference to the discussions during the Governance Committee meeting earlier this week, and in particular in the context of the of the Committee workplan going forward, we would like to propose, having discussed with the Chair, an additional meeting of the Committee on Thursday 30 April, commencing at 15.00 Geneva time.  We would be grateful if you could confirm your availability to attend this meeting which will be by teleconference.

 

May we take this opportunity to remind you that the next scheduled meeting of the Governance Committee, also by teleconference, will be on Tuesday 17 March, commencing at 13.00 Geneva time.

 

Finally, we would be grateful if those of you who have not yet had an opportunity to complete your annual declaration of interest form (and OFAC complication form where appropriate), as per Phil’s email to the Board of 24 January (attached for ease of reference) could kindly do so as soon as possible.
