As a first step may I kindly ask you to arrange a teleconference to present costing methodology and tools used internationally. We can then continue with more specific tasks.

Thanks a lot for the invitation.
In view of many cornovirus cases in India and in Delhi (City where I reside) also and other countries, it is advised by Indian Government to avoid International travel.
Moreover, I was suffering from viral fever for last 2 weeks and have just recovered from it.
In view of this, I request you to kindly pardon me for not being able to make it to Georgia as earlier planned. We will mutually decide my next visit date.
However, we can immediately start the work. Nino can send me the files so that I can review the same through webex call with him and plan further steps
