Dear Ms. Gabunia,

On behalf of the Caspian Policy Center (CPC), I would like to express appreciation of your participation in the upcoming Webinar. We are very honored and excited to have the opportunity to host you at our event.

We would also like to congratulate you and wish you a happy Independence Day!

With the event date quickly approaching, we want to update you on the format of the Webinar. The Webinar will start with CPC Director Efgan Nifti’s brief opening remarks, followed by speakers’ presentations. In light of the timeframes of the event, we ask the speakers to limit their remarks to 5 minutes each. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session and moderated discussion.

I sent you a Panelist invitation with a Zoom link last week. Please let me know if you have not received it and I will resend it to you right away.

The Webinar will start at 9am Eastern Time on Wednesday, May 27. If possible, please join the session a few minutes earlier to make sure we have some time to troubleshoot any last-minute technical problems that might arise.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I look forward to seeing you at our event on Wednesday.

Best regards,

Akbota Karibayeva
