The meeting will take place via Webex, with login details at the bottom of this message. The meeting is planned to take place between 11.00 and 13.00. The Webex link will be open from 10.40 to allow all to link in and test audio and video equipment.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide you with an opportunity to raise important points and to pose questions to: (a) the experts of the Incident Management Team in the WHO Regional Office for Europe; and (b) your fellow ministers and representatives of ministries of health in the other Member States on the call.

Please keep your interventions short and to the point. We do not expect country reports or status updates on this occasion. You may ask your questions or make your points orally or in the chat box function (in this case the moderator will read your questions out).

Цель настоящего совещания – предоставить вам возможность поднять важные темы и задать вопросы экспертам группы по реагированию на COVID-19 в Европейском региональном бюро ВОЗ, а также вашим коллегам – министрам здравоохранения и сотрудникам министерств здравоохранения в других государствах-членах, участвующих в телеконференции.

Убедительно просим вас говорить сжато и по существу. В ходе данного совещания мы не планируем заслушивать доклады или обновленные информационные сводки стран. Вы можете задать свои вопросы или представить свои тезисы устно либо с помощью функции онлайн-чата (в этом случае ваши вопросы зачитает вслух ведущий дискуссии).

L’objectif de cette réunion est de vous donner l’occasion de soulever des points importants et de poser des questions aux personnes suivantes : a) les experts de l’Équipe de gestion des incidents au Bureau régional de l’OMS pour l’Europe, et b) vos homologues ministres et représentants des ministères de la Santé des autres États membres participant à cette téléconférence.

Je vous saurais gré de bien vouloir faire des interventions courtes et précises. Cette réunion ne doit pas donner lieu à des bilans de la situation ou des rapports nationaux. Vous pouvez poser vos questions ou faire part de vos remarques oralement ou dans la fonction « chat box » (dans ce cas, le modérateur fera lecture de vos questions).
