Thank you for your response to have a telephone call on the 22 January, 13:00 is reserved on Phil's and Joanne's agenda (10 am GVE time). 

 

Following the procedure, I am forwarding to you some documents that are helpful to be ready for the upcoming work and to evaluate the level of effort required for the upcoming period. Those include:

4. Gavi Alliance Board Committees as at 1 January 2020

7. Gavi Board Member Reference Manual - November 2019

 

Allow me to just go over the documents attached very briefly. The first two documents are describing conflict of interests issues, "3" and "4" are compositions of the Board and Committees. 

I would like to draw your attention to the 5th document, which is a ppp format brief presentation of the board structure and functions, I think this could be useful to screen quickly before the on-boarding. 

In the GAVI calendar ("6") you can see all upcoming events, the closest to be the two teleconference on the 11 February and the 17th March, followed by the meeting of the Committee prior to the GAVI summer board in Geneva in June. 

You may find it useful to put in your calendar ahead of time for convenience. 

The last item "7" is the Board member reference manual which is a detailed description of GAVI governance, including updated charters for all Committees, members bios and other important information.
