Hope you are doing good.
Nice to get connected with you over the SOF/VELPA shipments sent by Mylan on behalf Gilead . As indicated in the email below, we have already sent 2 shipments consisting of 4,003 and 5,333 bottles of SOF/VELPA respectively to Georgia in the last few months.
Aaron (from Gilead) was sent all the pre-shipment documents with respect to this shipment and only after receiving the go-ahead from his side (on receiving appropriate import permissions from Georgia MoH), we initiated these shipments. We have attached the AWB copies consisting of flight details with respect to these shipments for your reference.
With respect to the next shipment of 14,667 bottles, we are ready to ship the goods however, due to the coronavirus nationwide lockdown, we are not able to get appropriate flights. We will keep you informed on the latest status on this shipment.
Please let me know in case of any concerns & clarifications.

Hoping you are keeping well, also.
Dhruv, can you confirm to Minister Tamar Gabunia at Georgia’s Ministry of Health, that you have sent along all the shipping docs to and waivers to MOH in Georgia, along with expected delivery date information?
Apparently, on the last shipment these documents were not in order, which delayed delivery. Please confirm that all is in order.

Shipments Delivered:
à Based on the PO, Mylan delivered 4003 bottles as soon as the PO was placed based on available inventory in the first week of Jan 2020 itself.
à While the 20K bottles were supposed to be delivered end of March, Aaron came back to us and asked if we can deliver some quantities urgently. Based on this request, we delivered 5,333 bottles more in Feb 2020.
à This leaves us with the balance : 14,667 bottles remaining which we plan to ship by the end of March 2020.
