As discussed and agreed, the WHO Cargo with PPE has reached the ministry today.
I will contact you later this week to agree on the amount we take for Abkhazia and we’ll arrange for transportation through UN channels.
Just for our record, we need your signature on the attached letter, to confirm that the ministry received the WHO Cargo.
Would it be possible to get it?
