In addition to the email below, we kindly ask to discuss the possibility of including all transportation costs (delivery terms -  Incoterm 2020, CIP ) in your updated offer.

We understand that the way we have cooperated before was different, however, this time,  as I mentioned below,  procurement procedures are conducted under the World Bank Procurement Regulations and financed by the Bank under the  Georgia Emergency  COVID-19 Responses Project.  Since the Ministry of Health cannot pay transportation costs beyond the project, we would appreciate  if you could consider the abovementioned situation and include all transportation costs in your offer.
