However, there are number of clarification points in your offer that should be addressed. Please be advised, that the whole procurement process is being conducted under the WB funded COVID-19 Emergency Response project, in accordance with the World Bank procurement guidelines.
Hence, please find the following comments on your offer:
- Invitation for Direct Contracting of Goods is the World Bank’s standard document and it is not subject to modification by the supplier, as well as ANNEX 1: Purchaser’s Requirements, including the 1.3 Technical Specifications.
- You are required to complete ANNEX 2: Offer Forms - Supplier’s Offer Form including the manufacturer’s authorization letter in a World Bank’s format without making any amendments or substitutions in it.
- Contract Forms (contract agreement, Conditions of the Contract with attachments), on Annex N3 it is a part of the offer and is provided only for your consideration. Details and your comments, related to the ANNEX 3 – Contract Forms, should be discussed at the stage of contract negotiation.
Based on the above mentioned, we are resending the Invitation for Direct Contracting of Goods in PDF format, enclosed with the document on word format as well, to make it more convenient for you to fill it out. We kindly request from your side to review the attached document and complete the only fields marked in yellow.
We thank you once again for your understanding and kindly ask you to complete the offer in accordance with the above-mentioned instructions, to finalize the process successfully.
