ანა მოგესალმები,
როგორც ტელეფონით შევთანხმდით გთხოვთ მოახდინოთ 2020 წლის 1 მაისს გაფორმებული სასესხო ხელშეკრულების No: 9113 „საქართველო - COVID-19-ზე რეაგირების საგანგებო ღონისძიებების პროექტი“-ის ფარგლებში სამინისტროს მხრიდან თანხის გამოთხოვაზე უფლებამოსილი პირის ცვლილება და ნაცვლად ნინა კობაიძისა, თანხის მოთხოვნის განაცხადზე ხელმოწერის უფლება მომენიჭოს პირადად.
გარდა ამისა, დავაზუსტებ რომ სამინისტროს მხრიდან client connection - ში დათვალიერების უფლებამოსილება აქვს ქალბატონ თამარ გაბუნიას;
