Dear Tamar,

As discussed yesterday I attach for your information the detailed ToRs for the forthcoming work on rehabilitation.  

We are looking at following schedule:

• Feb 3 - 21: Georgia visit (facilitate Rehabilitation competency questionnaire and undertake in-country data collection)
• April 27 - May 6: Georgia visit (review Zero Draft of the situational assessment report, facilitate rehabilitation strategic plan / policy development)

From the ministry we will need the following:

1. Initial filling of the Rehabilitation competency questionnaire
2. Enlargement of the current working group so that it includes different stakeholders from health side.
3. Full facilitation and support from MOH focal person to the WHO consultant.

From our office Giorgi Kurtsikashvili (copied) will start working closely with Mzia Jokhidze and Nino Jinjolava for the necessary preparatory work and will continue close interactions with them during the mission itself.

We’ll update you regularly on the progress.
