As previously discussed, I am submitting you for review the final draft of the new Biennial Collaborative Agreement (BCA) 2020-2021 between the Ministry and WHO Europe.

 

Could you please ensure a prompt revision of the document within the ministry and with relevant subordinated institutions, if needed, and preparation of the document for signing?

 

Please note, that the main text of the Agreement is a standard one, used in all countries of the region, only chapter 1.1 and 1.2 are country specific.

The most important part of the document is Annex 2, which mentions all main areas of collaboration for the next two years.

The sum indicated on page 8 is a preliminary one and could be changed in the process of BCA implementation, depending on the additional donor funds received.

 

After we agree on the final text of the Agreement, we’ll arrange for the signing process – it can take place either in Copenhagen or Tbilisi, or we can also arrange for signing of two original versions by one side and then mailing via express post the document and ensuring signing by the second side.
