I just got confirmation from all the experts coming for PHC package revision and costing that they are available for April 6-10.

 

Hope theses dates are acceptable.

I will provide the full information about their  departures a bit later.

 

We are also in the processes of contracting the local experts, as agreed.

The DRG expert is coming from Tallinn, Estonia.

 

The Mental Health programme coordinator is coming from Copenhagen and will first visit Armenia for 2 days, then traveling from Erevan to Tbilisi.

 

I will let you know about the rest, as soon as I get their itineraries.

Dear Tamar,

 

Sorry for being insistent, but we have to buy tickets for the experts to come.

 

For the time being we have the mission on DRGs (17-19) and Mental health (19-21).

 

Also the Hospital preparedness for COVID-19 expert is coming next week (10-21)

 

We are also fixing the dates for the mission on PHC package and costing – either March 30 - April 3 or April 6 – April 10.

 

I hope we don’t postpone them, or at least not all of them… 😊

 

Let me know please in case of any particular concerns or major problems from your side.

Dear Silviu and Rusiko,

 

Month ago we agreed with the Ministry that DRG mission will be from March 17 to March 19. Only 2 weeks to go and we need to start preparing if it takes place as planned.

 

Could you please confirm if we continue as originally planned and then I ask her to prepare the scope and purpose as an input for an agenda and someone from the CO could help her with travel arrangements.
