Dear Mr. Kapanadze,

 

It is with great pleasure that I can confirm your acceptance to the WHO Barcelona Course on Health Financing for Universal Health Coverage, to be held in Barcelona from the 16 to 20 March, 2020.

 

We kindly ask you to confirm your participation by 13th of February, 2020 by transferring the 100 Euro registration fee to our bank account and send confirmation of the payment to eubar@who.int. Attached you find the bank details. Please make sure to indicate your name and as reason of payment "Barcelona course reg. fee EUDSP2016806/3.1/69081". This fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

 

Given the large number of applicants this year, there is a waiting list for the course. Therefore, we ask you to respect the above deadline. Your acceptance to the course will be considered complete once we have received your registration fee. Otherwise, your acceptance will be considered withdrawn and the spot will be offered to someone on the waiting list.

 

Please find attached an information circular with some further info.

 

The course will begin in the morning of 16 March and end on the afternoon of the 20 March. Therefore, you are kindly requested to arrive on the 15 March.

 

Costs of the course material, coffee breaks and lunch during the days of the training, plus a dinner reception will be covered by WHO. Participants will be responsible to cover the costs of travel, accommodation and subsistence while in Barcelona.

 

We reserved a number of rooms of hotels. Further details on rates and how to book are to be found in the attached information circular.

 

And lastly, may I kindly ask you to send us a photo (passport style) of yourself which we will use for the participants list.
