Dear Tamar,
Please find attached the very final version of the BCA 2020-21.
We accepted all the changes suggested by you and our regional office also ensured a professional editing of the text.
The only additional change is a new activity under Output 1.1.3 in Annex 2 (page 12) – “Mobilization of technical expertise for intervention through national implementation of Strategy and action plan for refugee and migrant health in the
WHO European Region”.
I hope it is acceptable.
As for the procedure of signing – our regional office just informed me there is a standardized layout for printing BCAs and all BCAs are printed in Copenhagen before signing them.
So, we’ll print the agreement in Copenhagen, and our colleagues coming to the health diplomacy course next week will bring it for minister’s signature, either signed by our Regional Director ad interim, or clean (depending on minister’s
preference).
Thank you and hope to see the BCA signed in the near future,
Silviu

Dear Silviu
We’ve completed internal review of the BCA documents and with this I am sending the version with small revisions in the background section. Could you please kindly advise how would you prefer to proceed with
signing. With your agreement we can accept revisions and proceed further as you may advise.
Best
Tamar
