Dear Tamar,

 

Please find below information about another expert joining the mission – Arnoldas Jurgutis from Lithuania.

I am happy we managed to bring him on board - this will significantly strengthen the PHC component of the mission, as requested.

 

We’ll work with Mariana and Lika, to see if anything is to be adjusted in the agenda, specifically for Arnoldas.

 

I will be personally available only for the first two days of the mission – 29 and 30, as on 31 I will have to leave, but I will dedicate my time fully during those 2 days and will follow-up with the team from distance and after the mission.

Dear Silviu,

 

Arnoldas Jurgutis has agreed to participate in this important mission, as I will be in UZB all week next week and he is the only person who is available on such short notice.  I will share with him the document you sent on the PHC reforms. I can also try to be available by Skype next week for consultation(s) in the evening, if that would be useful.

 

Arnoldas is in copy on this message. Kindly follow up with him regarding travel arrangements. We are really overloaded right now in the Almaty Centre so it would be very helpful, if you could do the TR and arrange the travel. Arnoldas has a consultant contract with us through December, so only travel costs are needed.
