We have never got any official correspondence confirming that Dr. Sergeenko will continue acting as a member of the WHO Executive Board.

If it is the case then we are fine.

But is there an official email or telephone to contact Dr. Sergeenko and check with him?

Dear Members of the Executive Board,

 

In view of the upcoming Executive Board (EB146) which will be held from 3 to 8 February 2020, please find attached, in the six official languages, a notice for travel arrangements.

 

If you would like to have your travel (and per diem) covered by WHO, Executive Board members have two options:

 

  1.  to make their own travel arrangements and be reimbursed travel expenses in accordance with entitlements, by bank transfer or after arrival in Geneva, or

 

  1. to make travel arrangements through Carlson Wagonlit, the WHO official travel agent. If using Carlson Wagonlit, reservations must be made by sending an email with the required travel dates to whogva.ch@contactcwt.com, indicating “EB146 – February 2020” in the subject title. Reservations can be made with Carlson Wagonlit as from Monday, 20 January 2020. Please note that initial/tentative reservations made with another travel agent would not be able to be used.

 

Regardless of the option chosen, please send your itinerary by email to EBitineraries@who.int , once the reservation has been made, in order that the appropriate administrative actions can be taken. 

 

Documents pertaining to EB146 are available on WHO web site at the following address: http://apps.who.int/gb/e/e_eb146.html.

 

In case you need further clarification about the reimbursement of your travel cost during the Executive Board, I am based in office 7142 (7th floor) in the main WHO building and can be reached on my extension (12613).
