Please find below information regarding EB147, which will open virtually on Friday, 22 May at 12:00 CET.

 

If your delegation has not already done so, please register for the meeting. For any questions about registration for the governing body meetings, please contact: supportregistration@who.int

 

Please complete the table below as soon as possible providing the name and email address of each member of your delegation that will access the virtual platform and participate as a speaker a EB147, and send it by email to registrationgbs@who.int .

 

As you know the platform supports a limited number of speakers and therefore each delegation may only have one speaker connected to the platform for the Executive Board. Other delegation members will be able to follow the session on the virtual platform as a viewer.

The above links will be available from Friday, 22 May, 09:00 CEST (GMT+2) to allow participants to test in advance and ensure that they can join successfully.

 

The links will also be available during 11:00-15:00 CEST (GMT+2) on Thursday, 21 May to allow participants to test and practice. It is imperative for participants who will represent their delegates as speakers to test their connection to the virtual meeting platform.

 

To connect to the session, participants will be asked to log on using their WHO guest account. During the logon process, participants will need to enter their email as username, their password and one-time SMS code sent to their mobile phone.

 

The requirements for the connection are as follows:

 

• A standard browser running on a personal computer is enough to connect to the platform. Google Chrome is recommended. Firefox and Microsoft Edge (80+) are also supported.
• An Internet connection with bandwidth of 2mbps or higher is required.
• Headsets with microphones and webcam are required for speakers to make interventions.
• Tablets or mobile devices are not recommended for participating in the virtual sessions.
