Dear Tamar,

As you may certainly know, in collaboration with NCDC we are implementing the FCTC 2030 project for sustainable implementation of tobacco-control legislation. According to donor’s budgetary year and installments we have been signing Agreements for the Performance of Work (APWs) with the NCDC, as the only partner nominated by the MoH in this area. Last agreement was accomplished by 10th of December 2019 and now we are proposing to sign the next APW for the continuation of activities (until the end of March 2020), based on agreed plan with the FCTC Secretariat, our Regional Office and NCDC (attached please see the Terms of Reference).

I kindly ask you, in your capacity of National Counterpart for Strategic Collaboration with WHO, to confirm that the NCDC is the only partner, that can deliver the work according to the attached description.

We would highly appreciate getting your confirmation at your earliest convenience, so that we manage to process the contract timely.
