As preliminary discussed, please find attached a formal request from WHO for the organization of a 6-day mission on 10-15 February, to undertake an evaluation of existing early warning and response provisions and the respective needs of
the country.
We would appreciate your confirmation of the ministry’s acceptance, so that we start preparations, together with NCDC.
