Guide for participants

A guide for participants is attached to this email, to assist you in your planning and preparation for the meeting. It contains useful information on accommodation and transport in Geneva.

Arrival

Please arrive well before 09:00 on Monday 8 July to avoid delays at the security desk and to ensure a timely start. To obtain your security badge, present your UN badge or photo ID to the security desk at the main entrance. After passing through security, please go straight to the Executive Board room, to collect your name plate.

DOI form

In accordance with WHO rules, please find also attached a “Declaration of interests for WHO Experts” form for completion. If you have not done so already, please return a signed copy to Ms. Alina Lashko ASAP (rehabilitation@who.int).
