Dear Vakhtang,
thank you for the nice summary of the work behind and infront us.

At this moment we would like to accentuate only the list of stakeholders in slide 7 where "Potential Recipients & Donors (Maybe their relatives as well)" are mentioned. Since there are different types of donors implying a variety of ethical issues we'll have to thoroughly discuss this pool of stakeholders.
Tomorrow we'll receive comments from the beneficiaries on at least one draft law so we'll be able to start "personalisation" of this RIA template.
