Following consultations with the Bank procurement specialist, Ms T. Tsenteradze, PIU’s procurement consultant has been collecting local market information to guide further the analysis of PPE procurement related contracts, including the opportunity with Commander Health Supplies.
We must be in the position to have related conclusions prepared by Monday 29th June, not earlier, to justify a probable decision to miss this opportunity with Commander.

Dear Volkan,
I am pleased to present the attached contract to Georgia from Commander Health Supply for N95 respirator masks, goggles, and nitrile gloves. Pricing has been converted from FOB to CIP for delivery to Tbilisi International Airport, Georgia, which includes shipping and insurance costs. The contract also includes inspection and testing by SGS to ensure products meet standards.
I request that the Georgia’s representative sign and return the contract no later than Friday, June 26, 2020 as product pricing and shipping costs are time sensitive.
