Dear Vice-minister Tamar Gabunia,
As we already informed you, we are organizing the mission of the AFD (French development agency) Technical assistance project experts on 4-8 November.
Experts Annie Bourdil and Taavi Lai will work on primary health institutions contracting, analyse financial and budgetary data, analyse of institutions management and budgeting and quality indicators.
In order to ensure successful implementation of activities, we need some data and meeting room for our experts in the Ministry. These logistics details next week we will discussed with M. Ketevan Goginashvili.
In addition, we would like to meet you in the beginning of the mission, o 4th November at 11:00 in your office.
