Dear Ben,
Thank you very much for updating us and for your kind words.
We are incredibly proud of the historical progress we have made together on the elimination program, it certainly would not have been possible without your unwavering commitment.
We are deeply fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with you, and we are sending our best wishes as you move forward professionally and personally.
Thank you again and we hope to see you in Georgia in the future.
With Best Regards,
Amiran

Hi Drs Tamar, Maia and Amiran,
I regret to inform you that I will soon be leaving Gilead, with my last day on February 28. This is sad for me as I will no longer be covering the caucuses and will miss our work in Georgia in particular. The HCV elimination project is one of the most impressive public health projects I have ever seen and I look forward to staying in touch and seeing how it progresses.
Aysan is still the medical affairs lead for the region and can be your primary point of contact for all matters of support except for supply. For the donation supply, please work with Liz Murray, copied here. She will take over ensuring that there are no disruptions in supply.
I’ll reach out separately with my personal contact details as I hope I will find my way back to Georgia soon.
Best,
Ben
