We hope to ship 3 additional bottles in our next shipment to allocate for this patient. Is there anything we need specifically to be able to do that? We'd rather not send a separate shipment of only 3 bottles.
A doctor will be able to pick up the 3 bottles we send.

Company donating medicinal product should indicate in the invoice the receiver in the country of import - person`s name and surname, which will present at customs Form 100 to receive the medicine (Form 100 is issued by the physician for the particular patient (name and surname shall be indicated) – this is not a prescription, Form 100 describes in details diagnosis and medicines necessary for the treatment of the person). In the price cell, the company must indicate the price 1 dollar, only for the needs of customs services.

Just a quick note on additional drugs for the patient who is not Georgian resident. I will be sending some instructions on this soon-we should handle this according to individual usage rules. Will need to have a letter indicating who should be the recipient of the package.
