Dear co-authors,

I hope you are all well.  As we drafted the commentary, we realized the important contributions of you all, and thought best to expand the authorship line.  That said, I would like to advise that the journal “may” ask for a reduction in number of authors.  If that is the case, we may have to reduce the author list, I hope not, or do I anticipate, however, I did want to make you aware.  The original author line up included only MOH, NCDC, EILF and CDC.  Or, the commentary may not be accepted.  

Muazzam will share a cleaned/revised version for submission, as time is short.
