Dear Governance Committee members

 

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that the first Governance Committee meeting of the year is scheduled to take place by teleconference on Tuesday 11 February.

 

As the Committee now comprises members situated across the globe, from Canberra to Seattle, we have discussed the timing of the meeting with the Chair and have agreed that this meeting will convene at 19.00 Geneva time and should last no longer than 2.5 hours.

 

The timing of the meeting for Governance Committee members will therefore be as follows:

 

Seattle: 10.00

New York/Ottawa: 13.00

London: 18.00

Brussels/Geneva: 19.00

Tbilisi: 22.00

Kabul: 22.30

Canberra: 05.00 (Wednesday 12 February)

 

We would be grateful if you could confirm your participation in the meeting

 

The agenda and papers for the meeting will be circulated to the Committee on 4 February.
