Following our recent correspondence regarding meting, I want to inform you that in addition to Ms Roure and myself, Ms Diana SENCZYSZYN, Policy Coordinator from Strategy and Instruments of the European Neighbourhood Policy , European External Action Service (EEAS) will be  participating in the  12 February 10 a.m. meeting. Mr Catalin Gherman, Deputy  Head of Cooperation, may also  join us.
