Dear Mert,
Let me intervene to this correspondence. We at the EUD to Georgia do not consider that according to the ToR the weekends are the working days – we do not accepted
the weekends as working days except the cases when beneficiary institution requests it. It is pity that this question raised only now, very close to the 1st mission starting date as we could clarify it at earlier stage. It also contradicts the
SIEA 2018- guidelines, global terms of reference and general conditions. Thus please reschedule the agenda accordingly. Please also note that travel days are not considered as working days.
Thank you for understanding and forward for the agenda,
Nika

Dear Ms Nogaideli,
Thank you for your feedback on the mission agenda.
With regard to the weekend days, we would like to draw your attention that according to the Terms of Reference, weekends are working days. During the tendering phase it was clarified
that no home based work is allowed (clarification 1), and the mission dates provided in the Terms of Reference coincide exactly with the number of working days allocated to the experts. Therefore, weekend days in Georgia must be working days to be devoted
to drafting. Our methodology and work plan were therefore drafted on this same principle, considering weekend days as working days.
We remain available for any additional information you may require.
Best regards,
|

Dear Merk,
Thank you for your email.
Also, I would want to draw your attention to one part of agenda. The agenda contains 22,28 and 29 September which happen to be weekend days. I offer my apologies, but these days
cannot be considered as work days. Therefore, I kindly ask you to take this issue into account and make necessary changes to the agenda. Thank you for your help.
Kind regards,
Natia Nogaideli

Dear Nika,
You may find attached the agenda.
Also I would like to tell you that our colleague Paloma Garron (in cc) will participate in the inception meetings next week.
She knows the country and she'll make sure that the logistical needs are properly understood and organised for the benefit of our expert team at the beginning of the assignment.
Secondly, please note that I copied personal email addresses of our team members. I'd be glad if you can use those for future communications.
And we remain at your disposal for further arrangements.

Dear Nika,
Thanks for your message.
The new commencement date is fine with us.
As proposed in the offer, the first trip to Georgia was covering 2 weeks.
To this end, we will discuss and confirm the exact dates of the first mission in a skype meeting to be held this afternoon and accordingly I'll get back to you and Ms Nogaideli in order to set the meeting agenda.
Kind regards,
