Thank you very much for your question. In accordance with the Global ToR (see attached) for such framework contract “Knowledge of a local language required by the Specific ToR can be replaced in the offer by
calling on interpreter/translator unless otherwise specified in the Specific ToR. If so, for the purpose of the offers' financial evaluation,
this service cost of the interpreter/translator will be added to the total fees.” This is a usual practice under such type of contracts and bidders are aware about it.

Many thanks for sharing the ToR. May I kindly ask to clarify the language skills requirement for experts? My reading of this requirement is Georgian language skill is a
requirement applicable to an individual expert and not something that can be arranged via translation.
Would appreciate your feedback on that.

The member of the Evaluation Committee - please let me know who from your institution side will be evaluator? Please also indicate the substitute evaluator if need, or it could also be another person not proposed as observer;

Date for the Evaluation Committee: the Evaluation Committee will be meeting provisionally in the week of 8 July 2019. The exact date will be agreed with nominated evaluator closer to the date, once the RfS is launched.
