Dear Tamar,
With this email let me approach your Ministry regarding the health system needs that could mitigate socio-economic impact
in medium term prospective. We are about to activate the mechanism which allows to quicker respond to the country needs caused by COVID-19 and beyond (the immediate needs caused by COVID-19 will be responded by the Commission services in coordination
with WHO separately).
