Let me introduce Dimitri and Alexis who will be working on the in-depth analysis.  As I know they already started playing with data and getting ready for the first deliverable. Yet, to make sure we all are on the same page and for the consultants to hear directly from the Ministry about the expectations and so on, I would like ask for a joint skype call.  

We can opt for Thursday May 31 or June 6. Also, any other date after June 6 is also good. Please let me know when is the best time for you all.
