Dear colleagues,

First of all, I would like to thank you all for your interest and contribution to the reduction of the GPG and for participating in October 2 technical meeting. The idea of organizing a meeting of the staff supporting the work of the Gender Equality Council and representatives of the development community working on the GPG, is very much welcomed. Taking the pre-election period into consideration, I would suggest to have this meeting later next week or maybe the week after, however, your suggestions and preferences regarding the date and time, will gladly be considered.

Thank you once again for your cooperation and looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Dear colleagues,

Once again many thanks for taking lead (the GEC) and also taking part in October 2 technical meeting on Gender Pay Gap that allowed us to better understand the status quo and also take note of some of the next steps and action points in order to improve data collection and policy response in this field. Attached, please find the minutes of the meeting with supporting materials.

In order to take the work further and follow-up on some the issues identified at the meeting at a rather technical level we would like to propose a meeting with the staff supporting the work of the GEC (if MPs can join that would be fantastic) and those of us from the development community who are interested and plan to contribute to the reduction of the GPG at any time of your convenience next week.

I would like to thank once again GEOSTAT and MoLHSA and MoESD for their active participation and inputs to the meeting, we would be grateful if colleagues from these entities at a technical level can also take part in the next week’s meeting. Please do not hesitate to share this message with other relevant colleagues if I have omitted someone unintentionally.

Many thanks once again and look very much forward to hearing back from you.

Best wishes,

Tamar
