Dear Elza,
As it seems, it will be difficult to get MoESD representatives/speakers (EUDEL latest info).
One idea (suggested by EUDEL) could be to invite the Technical and Construction Supervision Agency/TSCA maybe in Session I. It is not a substitute to MoESD but one of their agencies.
To be frank, I am a bit reluctant because I never quite understood the role of TCSA nor their “position” in the current debate about a labour inspectorate system. I mean that if TCSA is a kind of “competitor” to the Labour Inspection Deptmt, it might be problematic to give them the same ranking and importance. Grateful to have your/MoLSHA views.
