thank you for your information. Since Monday 7th, I am at your and the Ministry´s staff disposal and waiting for confirmation of the proposed meeting. I am planning to come to the Ministry  on Monday around 10:00. Could you let me know whom should I contact at the lobby? If there is another proposal as regards timing, let me know.
