We appreciate you sharing the suggested TOR for the social standards specialists (SSS).
We reviewed it and included additional key responsibilities of SSS such as SEP and LMP preparation and implementation, carrying out key stakeholder engagement activities and managing the grievance mechanism. We suggest to consider hiring SSS for up to 150 days per year (equivalent of 3 days per week).
Subject to incorporation of our comments, we provide No Objection to the Social Standards Specialist TOR.
