Dear Tamila,
Many thanks for your email dated May 4, 2020. Based on the information provided and subject to consideration of the Bank's recommendations, the Bank has no objection to the TORs for the Project Manager of PIU. We have no objection on the TOR for Procurement Consultant subject to incorporating our comments in track changes in the attached document.
We recommend that all subsequent documents related to the selection of the Procurement Consultant and Project Manager and signing of Contracts shall be uploaded in STEP after obtaining an access to the system, and make it available for the post review to be conducted.
Please, forward a copy of the signed Contracts to the Bank prior to requesting or making any payments under this Contracts.
