I think it will be better to include 2 representatives from MOLHSA, Elza and Beka.  Also involvement of MoE is very important.    I don’t know about involvement in the PAC, but I think keeping Min of Agriculture and Min of Education informed about DANIDA project is important.

We are preparing the Terms of Reference (ToR) of the Project Advisory Committee (PAC) for the Danida project “Inclusive Labour Market for Job Creation in Georgia”. The committee will be established to review and provide the strategic direction on the project every six months.  The committee will be represented by the Ministry, Employers’ and Workers’ organizations as well as the Danish government.

As I am now drafting the ToR, I would like to check with you whether you also want to add a representative from other ministries such as MoE since the project has the Youth Entrepreneurship component. Also, would you suggest having 1 or 2 representatives from MoL?

Once the ToR completed, I will send it to you and the rest of the social partners for approval and nominating representatives.
