Attached a short guidance note, which I hope you will find helpful (we shall expand a bit the DL for sending presentations). As well as the latest draft programme.
A few names need to be confirmed but the most urgent would be
1) to know whether Minister Sergeenko will do the closing of the general part of the seminar (Thu, end morning) and if not, who would be the replacement.
