Ms. Tsereteli informed me about your choice of candidates for interviews.

Before my colleagues formally invite the candidates, I would like to get your confirmation on the date proposed from our side: May, 20^th, time: 9-13H MET. Is that suitable for you?

If course you do not have to attend for the whole time. We invite Ms. Noack for 9.30h and Ms. Burkert for 11.30h and the interviews themselves will take app. 1 hour each. I will send you a detail plan prior to the interviews. Just be so kind and confirm the date. If it does not suit you, please feel free to suggest an alternative day and time.

Furthermore, I wanted to clarify a language issue with you: Ms. Noack ist stating – surprisingly – that she prefers to have the interview in Russian and not in English. Is that okay with you? I guess her reluctance to have an interview in English gives us a clue that her working language in Georgia won’t be English either, but Russian. Is that suitable?
